Unplugged and Lace Up 👟
I’m usually not one to follow Tiktok trends, but I think this is one we can all get behind. There's this trend on TikTok about "silent walking" – basically, walking without distractions, just you and your thoughts. Turns out, it's not only a sneaky way to burn some extra calories, but it's also a solid stress buster. Who would've thought? Simple, silent steps doing wonders for the body and mind. Give it a try.
How much is to much? ☕️
Coffee, the nectar of the gods, is more than just a morning pick-me-up. This NY Times article says it's got health perks, like lowering risks for certain diseases. But, and it's a big but, too much caffeine can be a buzzkill, causing insomnia and jitters. So, like everything, balance is key. Enjoy your brew, just don't go overboard.

Our friends are HU Kitchen sent us a box of chocolate (cue Forrest Gump reference) for us to try and the hardest part was figuring out which one was our favorite! We were inspired by our favorite hot chocolate in the world at Angelina’s in Paris that we created the same recipe using HU’s chocolate bars.
Recipe: 🍫
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (can omit if you don’t want sugar)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
✅ Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a sauce pot. Set the pot over medium-low heat and add the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
✅ Stir until the chocolate comes to a low simmer and the drinking chocolate is completely smooth and slightly thickened.
✅The chocolate should be substantially thicker than classic hot chocolate. If it is too thin, simmer a little longer. If it is too thick, add another 1/4 cup milk. Ladle into mugs and enjoy immediately
