Earthing sounds like woo-woo wellness stuff.
Bare feet on grass? C’mon.
But early research shows grounding may reduce inflammation and improve sleep by balancing electrical charge in the body.
Is it magic? Probably not.
Is it harmless and free? Definitely.
Try 10 minutes barefoot outside this week.
Worst case—your nervous system chills out a bit.
Best case—you sleep deeper.
