During COVID, home workouts were everything—Peloton stock soared, resistance bands sold out, and garage gyms were the new gold. Now? People are heading back to the gym.

Why? Social energy, better equipment, and workout variety. But at-home fitness isn’t dead—it’s just evolving. Hybrid models like Live classes, AI coaching, and connected fitness tech are keeping the trend alive.

Bottom line? People still want convenience, but community matters.
