Lifting is great. HIIT is cool. But walking might be the real MVP.
Low-intensity movement keeps your metabolism humming, reduces stress, and boosts recovery. Plus, getting 8-10K steps a day can be just as powerful for fat loss as structured cardio—without frying your nervous system.
Take a post-meal walk, make calls while walking, or just move more throughout the day. Your body (and brain) will feel the difference.
