Your hormones, energy, mood, and libido are all connected. If one’s off, everything suffers. And yet, sexual health is still treated like an afterthought.

Here’s the deal: Chronic stress, poor diet, and overtraining wreck testosterone and tank libido. Fixing it? More healthy fats, strength training, better sleep, and managing stress. Oh, and stop avoiding magnesium—low levels kill your energy and hormones.

Sexual health is health, period. Start treating it that way.
