The hot habit that boosts health and mood

Sauna = Superpower

It’s getting hot in here

Finnish research keeps showing the same thing:
People who sauna regularly are healthier and happier.

Heat exposure improves heart health, reduces stress, boosts circulation, and supports recovery. Some studies even link it to lower long-term disease risk.

Think of sauna as “exercise without the impact.”
15–20 minutes at ~175–195°F once or twice a week is enough to move the needle.

Cold weather + hot sauna = elite winter habit.
