Time to Beef Up Your Breakfast
Breakfast just got a protein upgrade. Brands everywhere (even the one with the bee on it) are hopping on the high-protein trend, packing 15-20g per serving. Why? Because we’re all busy and people are ditching the sugar bombs for something that actually keeps them full.
Is it worth it? Depends. Some are legit, others just slap “protein” on the box and still load up on junk. Best bet? Read the label. Look for low sugar, real ingredients, and at least 10g of protein per serving-or just stick to eggs.
Either way, breakfast is finally stepping up. About time.
