A new study says cold exposure boosts mood, reduces inflammation, and builds resilience — but only when done safely.
Translation:
Stop doing 10-minute plunges for social media.
1–3 minutes at ~50°F (10°C) is plenty.
Cold therapy is just stress training for your nervous system.
Do enough to feel the shock… not enough to fry your system.
Consistency > intensity.
