Plain water is old news. Electrolytes, functional waters, and gut-boosting drinks are taking over. Why? Because hydration isn’t just about drinking more—it’s about absorbing what you drink.
New trend: Magnesium-infused water for stress relief, hydrogen water for recovery, and probiotic drinks for gut health. Some of it’s real, some is just fancy marketing—but if it gets you to drink more, that’s a win.
Bottom line? If you’re feeling sluggish, foggy, or constantly thirsty, it’s probably not just a water problem—it’s an absorption problem.
