I can’t be the only person guilty of doing at least one thing on this list. I don’t really agree with number 4 on the list but to each is own. I think after reading this article, you may want to reconsider on what you choose to say (or not) during your next visit to the doc.

The workout that fits in your backpack. Rucking is a workout that combines strength training and walking. It was popularized by the military because they would have to carry all their supplies for long distances. Now us mortals get to enjoy all the benefits without a drill sergeant yelling at us.
