Meet the Meat Diet

Meat. More meat. And… that’s pretty much it. The carnivore diet is blowing up, with die-hard fans claiming it cures inflammation, brain fog, and even autoimmune issues. The logic? Cut out plants, cut out the problem.

But here’s the flip side: Zero fiber, missing key nutrients, and long-term risks we don’t fully understand yet. Sure, steak is great, but is it really the only thing you need? The science isn’t convinced (yet).

Verdict? If you want to try it, short-term might be fine—but all-meat, all-the-time? That’s a tough bet. I’ve tried it but I always seem to go back to adding fruits and veggies. Do you feel the same?
