This weekend is full of two things: food and chaos.
If you want to feel good (and not go fully off the rails), dial in your sleep first.

Poor sleep wrecks your hunger hormones, slows metabolism, kills motivation, and makes you crave junk.

But the reverse is true too:
Sleep well → manage cravings → make better choices → feel better all weekend.

Quick fixes:

  • Morning sunlight

  • No screens 1 hour before bed

  • Dark room

  • Consistent sleep/wake time

Don’t try to “eat clean” through the holiday if you’re exhausted. Start with rest.
